Red Oak Preserve is a 126-unit mixed used Planned Urban Development in Oakdale that includes 25 affordable owner occupied homes, 33 market rate single family homes and 68 units of affordable rental housing. The three-bedroom single-family units that Two Rivers CLT is creating in Red Oak Preserve will sell for approximately $150,000.  The units will begin construction the Summer of 2008.  August 15, 2007

Lakeview Hospital Grant Encourages Affordable Homeownership.pdf

Lakeview Hospital and Stillwater Medical Group (Stillwater, MN and Somerset, WI) announced recently that they will be providing low and moderate income employees with down payment loans of$2,500 when they purchase a Two Rivers CLT home.  August 13, 2007

The 3M Foundation has donated $200 to Two Rivers Community Land Trust, in recognition of Mike Meis’ commitment to the community and for his outstanding service. Mr. Meis is a Senior Research Specialist in 3M’s Display & Graphics Business and has donated over 30 hours of work to Two Rivers Community Land Trust.   

“Partnering with Two Rivers Community Land Trust gave Trinity's Ambassadors in Mission a wonderful opportunity to walk alongside our neighbors.  And besides, it was fun!” -- Kristie Anderson, volunteer from Ambassadors in Mission at Trinity Lutheran Church, Stillwater.

Council Member Stan Karowski explained “Our partnership with Two Rivers goes beyond home improvements. Their tree donation and planting volunteering is a symbol to our community of Oakdale that Two Rivers values multiple strategies for improving our cities livability and quality of life.”
